The CGWZ-100W is designed based on the "Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Coal and Methane Outbursts." It is a precision instrument used for monitoring gas flow, methane concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, pressure, and temperature in mining gas extraction pipelines. Combining low power consumption with wireless communication technology, it enables real-time wireless transmission of underground monitoring data.

1.Instantaneous Parameters Display:The meter can display real-time values of flow velocity, flow rate, methane concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, pressure, and temperature on a single screen.
2.Accumulated Parameters Display:It also features the capability to display accumulated mixed gas and pure gas quantities over specific periods.
3.Cyclic Self-Excitation Flow Detection:Utilizes this advanced technology for a wide measurement range, with a low detection limit (flow velocity as low as 0.20 m/s), strong anti-fouling capability, excellent environmental adaptability, and immunity to gas composition inside the pipeline.
4.Methane Concentration Measurement:Based on laser measurement principles, unaffected by water vapor and other impurities, with pressure compensation functionality for accurate methane concentration measurement even in high negative pressure environments.
5.Backup Power for Sensors:All sensors integrated into the meter are equipped with backup power, ensuring normal measurement operations during on-site power disruptions.
6.Communication Capabilities:Supports RS485 and wireless communication, facilitating wireless self-organizing networks for enhanced connectivity and data transmission flexibility.
