This flame sensor adopts a UV photoelectric tube as the detection unit, with a built-in intelligent processor and dedicated algorithms, enabling rapid identification and accurate judgment of flames. It is highly sensitive to ultraviolet radiation emitted by flames and effectively resists interference from visible light (such as daylight and artificial lighting) and infrared radiation, providing excellent false alarm immunity.
The sensor converts real-time monitoring data into both digital and switch signal outputs, making it suitable for flame monitoring across various industrial applications. The sensor features a wide detection angle, high sensitivity, fast response, dust resistance, durability, ease of installation and operation, and high reliability.
