Electric-pneumatic control device for mine non-pressure balanced ventilatio
This mechanism configuration comprises: flameproof and intrinsically safe conrol box, audible-visual alarm assembly, control buttons, signal inductive sensor, intrinsically safe junction box, position sensor, pneumatic cyliner, gas circuit, control circuit and other relative accessories.
1. Key features:
① Ventilation door can be operated via multiple control methods from the following options: infrared sensor, light activation system, wireless remote control or geomagnetic sensing technology.
② The two ventilation doors are mutually interlocked, allowing only one door to open at an given time with closing priority, so the mechanism can efficiently prevent the short-circuit of the ventilation system.
③ Manual override is available for door operation during power outages.
④ Equipped with 2 distinct alarm methods, LED display alarm and audible-visual alarm
⑤ The system is equipped with anit-pinch protection for pedestrians and vehicles.
⑥ The main control system is equipped with a PLC, and can be preconfigured with remote communication interfaces.
2. Suitable location: explosive environment in underground coal mines including combustible coal dust accumulation and methane (CH4) mixtures exceeding safety thresholds.
