The mechanism configuration comprises: flameproof and intrinsically safe power control box, audible-visual alarm assembly, control buttons, signal inductive sensor, intrinsically safe junction box, position sensor, hydraulic pum station, hydraulic oil cylinder, hydraulic pipeline, control circuit and other relative accessories. It supports 2 connection methods: hydraulic cylinder or electrohydraulic thruster.
1.Key features：
① Ventilation door can be operated via the multiple control methods from the following options: infrared sensor, light activation system, and wireless remote control.
② The two ventilation doors are mutually interlocked, allowing only one door to open at an given time with colsing priority, so the mechanism can effiently prevent the short-circuit of ventilation system.
③ Manual override is avaible for door operation during power outages.
④ Equipped with 2 distinct alarm methods: LED display alarm and audible-visual alarm.
⑤ The system is equipped with anti-pinch pretction of pedestrians and vehicles.
⑥ The main control system is equipped with a PLC, and can be preconfigured with remote communication interfaces.
2.Suitable location: explosive environment in underground coal mines including combustible coal dust accumulation and methane (CH4) mixtures exceeding safety thresholds.
